📋 Daily Workflow Template

09:00-11:00 Topic revision (read chapter + supplement) 11:00-11:30 Active recall (cover & recite key facts) 11:30-12:30 Practice questions (timed, 20-30 Qs) 12:30-13:30 LUNCH 13:30-15:00 Error review + topic re-study 15:00-15:30 Active recall (mnemonics/flashcards) 15:30-16:30 Practice questions (20 Qs, untimed, deep dive) 16:30-17:00 Log errors in tracker + plan next day

⚠️ Rules for Success

  1. No passive reading — every chapter read must be followed by active recall
  2. Every mistake = a lesson — log errors in the weak-topic tracker with the reason you got it wrong
  3. Timed > untimed — from Week 4, always practice under timed conditions
  4. Simulate the real exam — sit in a quiet room, no phone, no interruptions
  5. Sleep > last-minute cram — in Week 8, prioritise sleep and confidence
  6. If stuck on a topic — re-read the chapter, but if still stuck after 2 attempts, move on and return later
  7. Review recalls before bed — 10 recall Qs before sleep = subconscious consolidation
